Last we heard from Lynn, this is what we need. DECORATING SPACE: 5:00 pm on Fri, Aug 16. Volunteers are Melissa, Becky, Patti Halliwell, Soodi, Patti Dixon, Lynn. (Lynn has streamers, Patti H will provide lanterns). MARKETING: Chris will contact TownTalk and Vail Daily; Lynn will talk to Cindy about Town add and cost sharing; Margo to handle social media. ART SOLICITATION: We should be soliciting art with an email to all members and on social media. PRICING ART: Joann. (Note: nothing will be sold for over $200 and most items will be $100 or less).
