About the event
Get ready for love to soar! This year’s Pride in the Park community art project is taking flight, led by Art Guild Member Drew Gutierrez. Drew’s vision is to create a pair of 5 ft wide wire framed angel wings that will be decorated with feathers, fabrics, and personal messages of hope, love, and acceptance.
Drew shares the powerful message behind the concept: "The Queer community stands for unity, acceptance and love. Our Community lifts us up, raising the frequency, challenging people as a whole to step up. Our love is our wings."
Come spread your wings and share your love with us on June 13th from 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM. All ages, artists, and creative talents are welcome to join the fun and help bring this powerful symbol to life! Please stop by the Art Guild tent or RSVP to help with project!
