About the event

Being in Nature has never failed me to be a resource of happiness (and gratitude) when needed. But beyond its obvious, undeniable beauties, it is nature’s resilience, its perfect organization in the tiniest of details, its absence of drama that fascinate me.

Most of the times I am drawn to capture the beauty and the magic of the mundane, usually unseen, overlooked or simply invisible to the average eye. I am happiest when outside, giving that Universe my full attention and exploring it through my lens. As a spontaneous yet mindful shooter, I thrive to capture and share what I feel rather than what I see. Taking a close look allows me to take a step back and embrace new perspectives.

To me, Photography is a doorway to connect [deeply] with nature. More importantly, it is the universal language that allows me to share my vision of life and thus connect with other human beings. And, ultimately, make this world an even better place.

For this series – seed head stories - I would like to invite you to join me on a journey into the intimate and imaginary world of a Salsify seedhead, where one can see a gentle little hirsute creature waking up, upside down umbrellas (or upright wine glasses) in a soft dance, an octopus reaching out for a hug, fireworks, 3 suns or anything else you’d like or might see.

If my photography brings a smile to your face, helps you connect with nature or has made you a little bit happier today, not only have I reached my goal but you also have made my day! Thank you!!!
