VVAG members Melissa Nelson, Lynn Feiger, Christine Sena, Patti Dixon, Heather Barrie and Becky Kiser attended painting workshops in Quillan, France and Algeciras, Spain, in 2022 and 2023. From her earliest days as a child, Jessica displayed a remarkable talent for drawing, often sweeping away competition in local contests with her imaginative creations. Fueled by her passion, Jessica embarked on a transformative journey, honing her craft in the prestigious Da Vinci Art School in bustling Barcelona, Spain. Immersed in the rich artistic heritage of the city, she absorbed the techniques of the masters, finding inspiration in every brushstroke and color palette. But Jessica's art is more than just technique; it's a celebration of her diverse influences and experiences. Influenced by her Latin heritage, Pinto's paintings pulsate with the rhythms of flamenco dance and the warmth of Latin culture. Her canvases are alive with the rich hues of Amazonian flora, each brushstroke a testament to the vibrant beauty of the rainforest. Upon returning to Colorado, Jessica's artistic odyssey continued as she unveiled her works in galleries across Denver such as Space Gallery, Carmen Wiedenhoeft, Colorado Gallery of the Arts and Gallery North. Jessica's journey is not just about personal success; it's also about giving back. With a deep-seated love for teaching both kids and adults, Jessica finds immense joy in sharing her knowledge and passion for art with others. Whether guiding a child's first exploration of color or nurturing the creative spirit of an adult beginner, Jessica's patient and encouraging approach fosters a sense of confidence and discovery in her students. Now, Jessica's artistic mission has taken a new turn as she sets her sights on sharing her expertise and passion with the picturesque Vail Valley. Through workshops, classes, and collaborative projects, she aims to ignite the imaginations of aspiring artists and art lovers alike, weaving a tapestry of inspiration and expression throughout the community. With her boundless enthusiasm, unwavering dedication, and a genuine love for teaching, Jessica is poised to make an indelible mark on the cultural landscape of Vail, one brushstroke at a time.
